Giveaway Sponsor: Magnifi Broadband

Prizes: Three (3) winners will have a choice of  2 local business gift cards or 1 Amazon Gift Card.

Giveaway Schedule: Awarded within two (2) weeks after the survey close date.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Active or past members of Magnifi Broadband are eligible to participate and win. All participants must be at least 18 years of age. Employees of MAGNIFI, its subsidiaries, and the immediate family of any such persons (spouse, parents, siblings, and children and each of their spouses) and persons living in the same household of each of these individuals whether related or not are ineligible to win.

Sweepstakes Entries: An entry can also be provided by legibly printing the individual’s name, address, phone number, and the words “MAGNIFI Survey Giveaway” on a 3” x 5” card and mailing it to “MAGNIFI Survey Giveaway”, Attention: Marketing Department, 710 W Main Street, Sterling, CO 80751. If an entry form is drawn, but judges are unable to determine the winner because of illegible writing, that entry form will be disqualified. No copies, mechanical reproductions, or metered mail will be accepted as entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. MAGNIFI is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage-due, or illegible entries or mail. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of MAGNIFI and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize Drawing: Within one (1) week after the close date, there will be three (3) random drawings from all eligible entries. Winners need not be present and will be notified by email.

Prize Distribution: Winners will be mailed their prize gift card within one week of the drawing. Winners can also pickup their prize at our Business Office located at 710 W Main St Sterling, CO.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the actual number of eligible entries. Each Sweepstakes entry will have an equal chance of winning.

Tax Issues: MAGNIFI will report the prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. Each winner is responsible for all tax consequences (if any) of the prize.

Decisions: By entering into the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and to accept the decisions of MAGNIFI as final. Entrants also agree to hold MAGNIFI and each of its employees, harmless from any liability arising from participation, or the acceptance of a prize. MAGNIFI is not responsible for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail or entries; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly, or are lost or not received due to any reason. MAGNIFI is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes. MAGNIFI reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Sweepstakes and prize redemption.
