Community Photo Collection Terms

Thank you for helping us showcase the beauty, character, and spirit of the communities Magnifi Broadband serves. Our goal is to build a collection of authentic, locally captured photography that represents the places we call home. Selected photographs may be featured in future Magnifi Broadband marketing, advertising, and community communications.

Guidelines & Terms

Submission does not guarantee that a photograph will be selected or used. All decisions regarding photo selection, recognition, and awards are final.

The Magnifi Community Photo Collection is open to Colorado residents. Amateur and professional photographers are welcome. Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Each participant may submit up to five (5) original photographs through the official online submission form.

Please provide a brief description and location for each photo in the Photo Description section of the submission form.

We encourage photographs that capture the beauty and character of the communities Magnifi Broadband serves, including rural landscapes, agriculture and ranch life, wildlife, small-town communities, local landmarks, parks and recreation, seasonal scenery, and community events.

Photos should be submitted in their original, high-resolution digital format. Basic photo editing, including cropping, exposure adjustments, color correction, and sharpening is acceptable. AI-generated or substantially AI-altered images will not be accepted.

Photos from community events and public spaces are welcome when people are incidental to the overall scene. Portraits or photographs where recognizable individuals are the primary subject may not be selected.

Photos must not include watermarks, signatures, trademarks, commercial advertising, or other copyrighted material owned by a third party.

Selected photographers and any awards or recognition will be announced following the review process.

Photographers retain ownership of their submitted photographs. By submitting an image, participants grant Magnifi Broadband a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use selected photographs in current and future marketing, advertising, promotional materials, social media, printed materials, calendars, websites, and other business communications without additional compensation. Magnifi Broadband may crop, resize, adjust, or otherwise edit submitted images for design and production purposes.
