Landline phone numbers can usually be ported from your current provider. To initiate a port, Magnifi needs the information exactly as it appears on your statement from your current provider. This will include the account number, name, address, and phone number.
DO NOT disconnect your current phone service until you’ve been directed to do so by the Magnifi Broadband Porting Department.

Dial the code, the ten digits, and then the pound sign all together. Once you’ve done this, your dial tone will change to let you know that forwarding is active
Yes, Dial your number, and press the zero (0) button when the greeting is playing. It will prompt you for your password, you then will have full access to its features.
Magnifi Broadband recommends the use of a UPS power supply to protect the equipment and provide limited backup power if an outage occurs. Cost is $750.00
