Fiber delivers internet through a fiber-optic network and typically provides the fastest and most consistent connection. Fixed wireless service is delivered through a wireless signal and is a reliable option in areas where fiber is not yet available.
Your speed needs depend on how many devices you use and what you use them for. Streaming, video calls, remote work, and gaming often require higher speeds. If you have multiple users online at once, we recommend choosing a plan with extra bandwidth for peak usage.
Yes. Magnifi can provide Wi-Fi equipment to support strong coverage throughout your home. If you already have a router, our team can help you confirm whether it is a good fit for your speed tier.
Both residential and business customers can sign up for services using our Check Availability form. Simply enter your physical address to check service availability or to be on the list for future construction.
You can call to sign up. However, we will still need to verify your physical address located on the maps and this is how we track potential customers when we begin plowing fiber.

Customer may be required to pay a deposit prior to the installation of service or at any time during the term of the Agreement. MAGNIFI BROADBAND reserves the right during the Term of this Service Agreement to review Customer’s monthly bills and payment history and if deemed necessary, may require an initial deposit and/or increase in existing deposit. Such deposit will not be interest bearing and will be applied to the last month’s Service on the account. Once Service has been terminated, if the account is at a zero balance and all equipment has been returned to MAGNIFI BROADBAND in good working condition, said deposit will be returned to Customer within 30 days of Service Termination.
Yes, however Magnifi Broadband will need permission from your landlord before we can install services.
Landline phone numbers can usually be ported from your current provider. To initiate a port, Magnifi needs the information exactly as it appears on your statement from your current provider. This will include the account number, name, address, and phone number. DO NOT disconnect your current phone service until you’ve been directed to do so by the Magnifi Broadband Porting Department.
Internet service requires a 12-month commitment with a free basic installation* to one location.
*Any installation in excess of 500 fiber feet may be subject to additional line charges at the cost of materials.
We will make all efforts to minimize any disturbance to your property. Though we may need to dig across your yard to provide you with a Magnifi fiber network connection, our goal is to treat your yard as if it were our own. After the completion of construction, we will restore your property to a condition as close to its original as possible.
